Explosions rock Negev amid heightened security alert

Three powerful explosions were heard in the Negev, triggering sirens near the Dimona nuclear reactor. Iran’s Chief of Staff stated that previous strikes were warnings, with punitive operations against Israel expected soon.

AhlulBayt News Agency: Hebrew media reported on Tuesday that three powerful explosions were heard in the southern areas of the occupied Negev, amid an unprecedented state of security alert.

Sirens were activated around the Dimona nuclear reactor and in wide areas of the Negev, including Nevatim and Beersheba, due to Iranian missiles, according to Hebrew media outlets.

Meanwhile, Iran’s armed forces Chief of Staff, Abdolrahim Mousavi, stated that the military operations carried out by Iran so far were only warnings intended for deterrence, emphasizing that punitive operations against the Zionist regime would begin soon.

He urged residents of the occupied territories, particularly those in Tel Aviv and Haifa, to evacuate in order to protect their lives.

This escalation has raised concerns that the situation could spiral into a broader confrontation, especially following the targeting of sensitive sites like the Dimona nuclear facility, which carries significant strategic risks.
